摘要 本文研究了三容液位过程的建模及其模型降阶方法,该方法可以方便控制器的设计。同时基于内模控制原理设计了一种液位控制器,并在自主开发的实验平台上实现了三容液位过程的定值控制,实验结果表明了模型降阶方法的有效性,以及内模控制的优越性。 The modeling and reduced-order methods of three-tank level process are studied in this paper.The methods can simplify the design of controller.Then,a kind of level controller is designed based on the theory of internal model control(IMC),and the level control experiments are realized using the developing experimental platform.The experimental results show that the model reduction method is effective,and IMC is superior.
