铁路地道桥电缆悬索桥架设计与施工

摘要 在铁路地道桥施工中,电缆的保护十分重要。对电缆保护的传统方法包括改移和基坑内设桥架两种,成本高,工期长。为优化电缆的保护方法,依托于悬索桥的原理研发出一种临时铁路地道桥电缆悬索桥架。该桥架以型钢桩作为索塔及锚碇置于基坑两侧,将钢丝绳作为悬索将电缆吊起,通过紧线器作为吊杆以调节电缆所产生的挠度,在保证电缆安全的同时最大限度的减少了电缆对施工的干扰。 For railway underpass bridge construction, cable protection is very important. The traditional way of cable pro- tection including diversion and bridge erected in pit features a too high cost and long duration. In order to optimize cable protection methods, based on the principle of suspension bridges, a temporary railway underpass bridge cable suspension bridge frame is developed. Profile steel used as bridge tower and anchorages is placed on both sides of the pit, steel wire rope is used as the suspension cable lift, and take-up is used to adjust the deflection produced by the cable tight line, at the same time, they ensure the safety of the cable while reducing the interference of the cable construction.
