摘要
本文介绍了湖南水电概况、发展过程及今后展望。论述按综合利用原则规划 ,水资源开发带来的效益 ,及在 1 998年特大洪水发生后取得的成绩。说明水资源开发应加快步伐。湖南水电已初具规模 ,不仅为省网提供了大量电力 ,也为防洪、治水、减灾和经济发展作出了贡献 ,今后要健全防洪系统 ,兴建必要的水库 ,发展水电。
This paper introduces the general situation of Hunan Province hydropower,its development process,and future expectation.Based on the principle and planning of multipurpose use,the developed water resources have brought a lot of benefits,and great achievements have been made in fighting the large flood of 1998 year.Water resources development should be quickened.The hydropower of Hunan has begun to take shape.It has not only provided the provincial network with a large quantity of power and capacity,but also played an important role in flood control,water regulation,disaster reduction,and comprehensive development of economy.And in the days to come,the flood control system will be improved and some necessary reservoir projects will be constructed,meanwhile, the hydropower will be remarkably developed.
