辐射接枝甲基丙烯酰胺对蚕丝织物服用性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以甲基丙烯酰胺为单体,在钴60辐射条件下对蚕丝织物进行接枝改性,并对改性后的织物各项性能指标进行测试,分析测试结果,探索辐照剂量、单体质量分数、溶液pH值等对接枝率及织物各项性能的影响。结果表明,接枝改性后,织物干缓弹性回复角增大,织物的抗皱性能获得较大的改善,织物的吸湿性变化不大,断裂强力和白度有所下降。通过3因素4水平的正交试验综合考虑得出最佳的处理工艺为:单体质量分数20%,溶液pH值4,辐照剂量40 kGy。并采用红外光谱法对接枝后的蚕丝织物进行了表征。 In this paper, we studied graft copolymerization of methacrylamide monomer onto the silk fabrics by radiation of 60Co γ-ray and investigated the influence of radiation dose, monomer mass fraction and pH value of the treatment solution on the graft yield. Properties of the grafted fabric were tested and the results indicated that after graft modification, the silk fabric exhibited significant improvement in delayed elastic recovery and crease resistance, little change in moisture absorption, and slight fall in breaking strength and whiteness. The optimal graft rate treatment process conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments through observing the delayed elastic recovery angles, monomer mass fraction, 20 % ; pH value, 4; radiation dose, 40 kGy. Furthermore, the radiation grafted silk with methacrylamide was characterized by the infrared spectrum.
