拔牙后牙槽嵴保存的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 随着口腔医学的不断发展,口腔种植成为牙齿修复的新生力量,越来越成熟地应用于临床。种植成功的前提是缺牙区有足够的骨量。但是牙齿拔除后由于生理性的改建及缺乏生理性的刺激,牙槽骨逐渐萎缩吸收,导致剩余牙槽嵴的高度和宽度降低,种植位点骨量不足,影响义齿修复及咀嚼功能的恢复。如何在拔牙后保存牙槽嵴,
