摘要
立足江苏创建实施知识产权战略示范省,服务于政府相关部门知识产权管理的需要,从知识产权创造、运用、保护、管理四个方面构建一套由4个一级指标、21个二级指标组成的江苏省知识产权战略实施进程监测指标体系,并依据《江苏省知识产权战略纲要》中的目标要求,结合江苏知识产权工作实际情况和发展趋势,确定各监测指标的目标值。
Based on creating the demonstrating province in the implementation of national intellectual property （IP） strategy and aiming at the needs of managing IP for relevant government departments, the paper built the monitoring index - system for the process of implementation of intellectual property strategies in Jiangsu Province, which is composed of 4 level indicators 21 secondary indicators concerning such four aspects as IP creation, utilization, protection and management. Then we determined the target value of each monitoring indicator based on the objectives and requirements of ＂Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Strategy Outline＂, combining with the actual situation and development trend of Jiangsu intellectual property work.
