摘要
从区域科技创新的过程,将区域科技创新分为技术研发和技术应用与改造两个子系统,采用超效率DEA模型测度了两子系统的发展水平及区域科技创新效率,后借助协调度模型测算两子系统的协同演化水平,通过构建单因子回归模型,验证两子系统协同演化水平对区域科技创新效率有明显的正向作用,同时两子系统的发展水平对区域创新效率也存在高度的一致性;通过对两子系统的发展水平及协同演化水平差异性的深入分析,针对性地提出改进的政策建议。
In the development process of regional scientific and technological innovation, technological innovation has two subsystems : technical R & D, technology application and transformation. By using ultra - efficient DEA model, the paper measures the level of development and two sub - regional innovation efficiency. After coordinating with the level of co - evolution of two subsystems, the paper builds a single - factor regression model to verify the positive and coordinative influence of co - evolution of two subsystems on innovation efficiency. Through analyzing the development and differences of two subsystems in the level of co - evolution, the paper makes suggestions accordingly.
