摘要
基于传感器智能化的设计思想 ,提出以8031单片机为核心传感器计数控制系统。该系统主要由定时 /计数同步电路、LCM接口电路和光电隔离电路等组成。实验结果表明 ,系统设计合理、体积小、实时处理速度快和控制精度高 ,从而为外逸电子传感器的智能化奠定了良好的基础。
The plastic deformation in the process of fatigue damage has a great deal to do with the climbing of dislocation and the proliferation of oxide surface of the metallic materials. The accurate detection of the number of exoelectrons depends on a high precision sensor, for which the authors devised an electron controlled circuit, and a counting interface circuit of the 8031 Single Chip Microcomputer as well. Experiment shows that the controlling system are small in size, low in cost, sound and works efficiently, and would lay a good foundation for further researches of the sensor for this purpose.
