摘要
质量保证系统是CIMS系统中的单元技术。本文在工艺方案设计与质量优化决策、质量检测评价和生产过程质量监控三个方面 ,探讨了水泥质量保证系统中的一些关键技术。通过水泥质量保证系统的应用 ,实现产品的高质量、低成本 ,提高企业的竞争力。
QGS(Quality Guarantee System) is unit technique in the CIMS system. In this paper, some key techniques in cement quality guarantee system are discussed on three aspects such as design of technological scheme, decision of quality optimizing, evaluation of quality examination and quality monitoring of production process. Through the application of the quality guarantee system, high quality and low cost is achieved, and the competitive of enterprise is improved.
