摘要
以芳樟醇型樟树半年生组培苗为研究材料,设计4个土壤水分梯度,测定芳樟在不同水分条件下的生长状况和相关的生理指标。结果表明:最适合芳樟生长的土壤含水量为55%~60%,植株在此含水量处理下,芳樟叶片组织的相对含水量、相对叶绿素含量和相对电导率随着处理时间的延长变化幅度不大,其平均叶面积、株高生长量和地径生长量分别为1678.33 mm2、15.39 cm和4.78mm,均为各处理的最大值。
Experiments were implemented on physiology and growth of half year clone seedlings of Cinnamoraum camphora vat. Linaloolifera under four different soil water gradient treatments. The results indicated that the optimal soil water content for the growth of Cinnamomum camphora vat. Linaloolifera was 55%-60 %. In this treatment, the relative water content, the relative chlorophyll content and the relative conductivity of the leaves of Cinnamomum camphora var. Linaloolifera changed little as time passed. The mean leaf area, the height increment and the ground diameter in- crement were 1678.33 mm2, 15.39 cm and 4.78 mm respectively. They were the maximal in the four experimental treatments.
