摘要
通过对振冲器的工作机理进行分析,提出了一种新型电机-质量块横向布局的振冲器结构,并绘制了能量在新旧振冲器不同位置的分布曲线、能量分布曲线证明了新型结构的合理功率利用。此外,通过理论公式对新旧结构振冲器顶尖的谐响应振幅进行了对比,并从能量分布、振冲器体承受扭矩等方面进行了比较分析。最后,利用计算机进行仿真建模、动特性分析比较,得出了可供参考的具体数据。
The working mechanism of vibrators is analysed and pushed out a new type of high-efficient vibrator structure. Then through the comparison of power distribution curves of the old and new type structures, it can find that the new structure has a better power distribution on the whole body. It also compares the amplitude of the two kinds of structure at the nose cone of vibrator based on theoretical formula. The same comparison works are done on the aspects of energy distribution and torque on vibrator body. At last vibrator molds with different structures in computer is build out and maken an analysis on dynamic properties which puts out some specific useful data.
