摘要
文章分析了当前计算机网络手工规划存在的困难，并简单介绍了网络规划的内容，指出在规划过程中引入计算机作为辅助手段，可以使规划过程尽可能自动化。基于这些思想，该文设计了一个计算机网络规划方案自动生成与估算系统。
The article analyzes the problems which planer encounters during the network planning, introduces how to plan a network, indicates that the planning will be as automatical as possihle with the aid of computer. Based on this,the article designs a scheme auto-generating and evaluation system for computer network planning.
