摘要
工作流技术是工作流管理系统（WFMS）中的核心技术，它是提高业务过程效率和生产率的关键技术。文章研究了工作流技术在办公室自动化系统中的应用，提出并建立了基于工作流管理的办公自动化系统模型及其工作流的数学模型表示。
Workflow technique is the keystone of WMFS,it is the main technique to improve efficiency and productivity of Bussiness Process. This paper researohes the workflow technique applying in OA.It proposes and constructs a system model of OA based on workflow management and the mathematical model of it's workflow.
