摘要
文章选取不同投影坐标点之间的转换作为突破点，以地图投影及地图投影变换为基础，采用MapInfo系统（一种GIS）作为软件平台，编制了地图投影变换算法。该算法已成功地应用于某市电子地图，有力地证明了该算法的正确性和有效性。
This paper introduces an algorithm of the map projection based on the projection and MapInfo System (a kind of GIS).And then,to investigate the validity of the algorithm,an application of it in one City's electronic map is provided,which shows the good performance of the transform algorithm.
