固相微萃取技术(SPME)是一种集采样、萃取、浓缩、进样于一体的新技术,被广泛应用于环境、食品、生物医药等领域。这里主要介绍SPME的原理及其主要的影响因素及其在食品分析方面上的应用。
Solid phase micro-extraction (SPME), a new technology that integrates extraction, concentration, desorption and injection in one step, has been widely used in environment, food and biomedicine field. The paper introduced the operation principle and influencing factors of the SPME, and the application of solid phase micro-extraction technology on food analysis.
