摘要
以蔗糖为原料,浓硫酸为磺酸化试剂制备了碳基磺酸化固体酸材料,着重考察了磺酸化温度及硝酸预处理对其催化性能的影响,结果表明,提高磺酸化温度,或在磺酸化前增加硝酸预处理可提高催化剂表面的总酸量,从而提高催化剂在酸催化反应中的活性.同时,对于一些反应条件苛刻的催化反应如对苯二酚烷基化,硝酸预处理还可提高催化剂的稳定性,这可能与硝酸预处理改变了磺酸基团与碳材料的"铆合"形式有关.
Sulfonated carbon-based solid acids were prepared by sulfonation of incompletely carbonized sucrose, and the effects of sulfonation temperature or pretreatment with nitric acid on their catalytic performance are investigated. Sulfonation in higher temperature or being pretreated by nitric acid in prior to sulfonation can notably increase the amount of acid sites on the surface, ultimately resulting in higher activity in the acid-catalyzed reactions. Pretreatment with nitric acid can also enhance the stability of the catalyst in certain reactions under extreme conditions, such as alkylation of hydroquinone. Such enhancement can be attributed to the varied linkage forms, created by the pretreatment, between the active groups and carbon framework.
