摘要
为探讨PPH联合外痔切除术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效，将120例重度混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。观察组采用PPH联合外痔切除术治疗，对照组采用单纯外剥内扎术治疗，并进行疗效比较。结果显示，观察组疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、术后创口渗血、首次排便疼痛、住院时间等指标均优于对照组（P〈0．01），术后并发症、复发率亦明显低于对照组（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结果表明，PPH联合外痔切除术治疗重度混合痔是一种安全有效的手术方式，具有手术操作简便、时间短、并发症少、恢复快以及复发率低等优点。
In order to investigate the clinical efficacy of PPH combined with external hemorrhoids excision for severe mixed hemorrhoids, 120 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases for each. PPH combined with external hemorrhoids excision were performed on observation group, while external dissection and internal ligation on the controls. Clinical efficacy was compared in both groups. The results showed that indicators in observation groups were superior to those in the controls, in- cluding clinical efficacy, operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative wound oozing, defeca- tion pain for the first time and hospital stay,etc. （ P %0.01） ;however,the incidence of postoperative com- plications and recurrence rate were significantly lower than those in the controls（ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that PPH combined with external hemorrhoids excision is safe and effective for severe mixed hemorrhoids and owns the merits of simple operation, shorter operative time, fewer complications, rapid re- covery and lower recurrence rate,etc.
