摘要
本文以澳大利亚的教师专业发展计划中政府专项报告和重新修订的《全国教师专业标准》为例,分析了两者在教师专业发展上一脉相承,充分地体现了促进学生发展、提升学生的学业成就的价值取向,并探讨了澳大利亚教师专业发展对我国教师专业发展目的、内容和策略带来的启示。
The present study takes Australian Government Quality Teacher Program and revised National Framework for Professional Standards for Teaching as a focus to analyze their coherent value orientation of promoting students learning outcome through teacher professional development. Based on detailed analysis of Australian example, this paper discusses implication for purpose, content and strategies for Chinese teacher professional development.
