摘要
高职精品课程建设需要校企共同参与,但是校企合作长期受到利益单边化、合作面扁窄和资源共享差等问题的制约。校会企联动机制的建立就是要在校企之间添加行业协会这一利益沟通的枢纽,促使校企以精品课程为载体,打通教学培训对接的脉络,在保持精品课程对内带动课程体系建设的同时,发挥其对外服务企业人才培养的功能。
The construction of the elite course of higher vocational edu cation needs the participation of the college and the enterprise. However, the cooperation between the two is always restrained by the problems of one-sided interest, narrow scopes of cooperation and low degree of resource sharing. The establishment of the college-association-enterprise interactive mechanism is to let the association act as a pivot where the interests of the college and the enterprise can be exchanged. With such a mechanism, the elite course can be utilized as a carrier, where teaching and training can be integrated. Thus, it can drive the construction of the course system; meanwhile, serve the enterprise by cultivating usable talents sustainably.
