摘要
合成基钻井液以其特有的环保性能及机械钻速高、井壁稳定性好等特点,已成为国际上海上油气钻探的常用钻井液体系。深水钻井时由于温度变化明显,对钻井液流变性提出了很高的要求。研究了合成基基液、有机土、降滤失剂、油水比对HMS合成基钻井液流变性的影响规律,并与传统合成基钻井液的流变性进行了对比。结果表明,由运动黏度低的线性α-烯烃(LAO)和特种油配制的钻井液在低温时的流动性明显好于酯基合成基钻井液;有机土和油水比对合成基钻井液流变性影响明显,而降滤失剂影响较小。与传统合成基钻井液相比,HMS合成基钻井液的流变性受温度的影响很小,4℃与65℃情况下的动切力的比值小于1.15,表现出了良好的恒流变特性,较适合于海洋深水钻井。
With the characteristics of its unique environmental performance,high mechanical drilling speed and borehole stability,synthetic-based drilling fluid has become a commonly used drilling fluid system for offshore oil and gas drilling internationally.In deep water drilling,temperature was changed significantly,this had enormous demands for the rheology of drilling fluids.The rule of influence of synthesis base fluid,organic clay,fluid loss additive and O/W ratio on HMS synthetic-based drilling fluid was studied,and it was compared with that of traditional synthetic-base drilling fluid.The results reveal that the flowability of drilling fluid prepared with low kinematic viscosity of linear alpha olefin(LAO) and special oil is better than that of ester-base drilling fluid.Organic clay and O/W ratio have obvious effects on HMS synthetic-base drilling fluid,while fluid loss additive has a weak affect.Compared with traditional synthetic-base drilling fluid,the rheology of HMS synthetic-base drilling fluid is temperature independent,and its yield point(4℃)/yield point(65℃) is lower than 1.15,it presents good low temperature flowability,it is more suitable for offshore deepwater drilling.
