摘要
把黄曲霉(Aspergjllusflerus) 3042,采用Czaper(-DO力)培养基培养一个星期左右、收集饱子制成悬液,摇匀各分成200mL的等份,用不同频率,不同功率的超声波辐射处理.超声波处理后的样品与未经超声波处理的原样品,均按国家标准进行检验。
The sterilization effect on aspergillus flavus with ultrasound is presented. The relation of ultrasonic parameters, such as frequency, power, and treatment time, and its sterilization effect on aspergillus flavus is studied. It provides a new method to sterilize aspergiUus flavus in food and agricultural products.
