摘要
[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法、盆栽幼苗法,明确SYP-14288与百菌清、代森锰锌对几种病原菌的活性差异。[结果]离体试验结果表明SYP-14288对灰葡萄孢菌、刺盘孢菌、核盘菌菌、立枯丝核菌、链格孢菌及大茎点菌的EC50值分别为0.030、0.078、0.002、0.720、0.035、0.157 mg/L,均低于百菌清及代森锰锌对相同靶标的EC50值;盆栽试验结果表明SYP-14288对黄瓜霜霉病、黄瓜炭疽病的EC90值分别为9.758、10.123 mg/L,均低于百菌清及代森锰锌对相同靶标的EC90值。[结论]SYP-14288对上述病原菌的生物活性高于百菌清及代森锰锌。
[Methods] The tests were carried out by methods of mycelial growth rate and potted seedlings to confirm the difference among SYP-14288, chlorothalonil and mancozeb against some pathogenies in vitro or/17 vivo. [Results] The results showed that the ECso values of SYP-14288 on Botrytis cinerea, Colletotn'chum orbiculare, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Rhizoctonia solani, Alternaria alternate, and Macrophoma kawatsuka/were 0.030, 0.078, 0.002, 0.720, 0.035, 0.157 mg/L, respetively, and the EC50 values of this fungicide were 9.758, 10.123 mg/L on cucumber downy mildew and cucumber anthracnose, respectiely, all lower than that of chlorothalunil and mancozeb against the same pathogenies. [Conclusions] The fungicidal activities of SYP- 14288 against the above pathogenies are higher than that of chlorothalonil and mancozeb.
