液相色谱串联质谱法分析氟铃脲在棉花中的残留 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]建立液相色谱串联质谱法快速检测棉花中氟铃脲残留的分析方法。[方法]样品用乙腈为提取液,液液萃取和弗罗里硅土净化,液相色谱-串联质谱检测。[结果]棉叶中2种添加质量分数的平均回收率分别为77.9%、77.9%,变异系数分别为7.3%、4.2%;棉籽中2种添加质量分数的平均回收率分别为110.2%、103.7%,变异系数分别为5.3%、2.6%。仪器最小检出量为2.0×10-11g。[结论]该方法简单可靠,符合农药残留分析要求,可用于棉花中氟铃脲的残留检测。 [Aims] A rapid method for the determination of hexaflumuron residues in cotton was established based on liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). [Methods] The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, purified with liquid-liquid extraction and florisil column and detected by LC-MS/MS. [Results] The average recoveries in cotton leaf were 77.9, 77.9% at two spiked levels, and the coefficient of variation were 7,3, 4.2% respectively. The average recoveries in cotton seed were 110.2, 103.7% at two spiked levels, and the coefficient of variation were 5.3, 2.6% respectively. The limit of detection of hexaflumuron was 2.0 × 10^-11g. [Conclusions] The method was simple and reliable, and accorded with pesticide residues analysis requirements, it could be applied for determining hexaflumuron residues in cotton.
