摘要
[目的]建立一种用手性气相色谱法测定2-氯丙酸乙酯R体、S体的含量及光学纯度的定量分析方法。[方法]采用BETA DEX 120色谱柱,起始温度40℃,升温速率1℃/min,终止温度80℃,进样口温度230℃,检测器温度250℃进行检测。[结果]方法的线性相关系数S体、R体均为0.9999,标准偏差0.030,平均回收率:S体为98.91%,R体为100.82%。[结论]该方法分离效果较好,具有高精密度和准确度及良好的线性关系。
[Aims] A chiral GC method was developed for the quantitative and optical purity determination of ethyl- 2-chloropropionate. [Methods] The BETA DEX 120 column was used with initial column temperature at 40℃, then 1 ℃/min to final temperature at 80 ℃, the injector temperature and detector temperature were 230 and 250℃. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient of (R)-ethyl-2-chloropropionate and (S)-ethyl-2-chloropropionate was 0.9999, the standard deviation was 0.030, the average recovery of (R)- and (S)-ethyl-2-chloropropionate were 98.91 and 100.82%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method was characterized by good resolution, high precision, accuracy and good linear correlations.
