摘要
对羊毛的防缩机理、处理方法、机可洗羊毛的染色特性、染色工艺、染色设备以及所使用的染料等进行了探讨 ,并选择了 Realan活性染料染机可洗羊毛。实验证明 ,控制好染浴温度和入染 p H值 ,有利于防缩羊毛的匀染。Realan活性染料的特殊结构 。
In this paper, the felt proofing mechanism and measures as well as the dyeing properties, process, machine and dyestuffs of machine washable wool were discussed. The Realan series reactive dyes was used to dye machine washable wool. The experiment showed that well controlled dye bath temperature and initial pH value are beneficial to level dyeing of felt proofing finished wool. The special chemical structure of Realan reactive dyestuffs has contributed to excellent dye fastness.
