摘要
通过对铜轴瓦产品的开发和生产实践,研究了制取高密度黄铜零件的粉末冶金工艺,给出了该黄铜轴瓦的压制压模设计和烧结工艺制度等生产过程,得到了符合要求的制品。
Through the product development and production der metallurgy technology to produce high-density brass par duction technology of the brass bushing, pressing mould d given. The products to meet requirement were obtained. practice of the Cu bearing, pow- ts was investigated, and the pro- esign and sintering process were obtained.
