摘要
喷射溢流染色法染涤粘织物时 ,用雷马素活性染料 /分散染料代替士林染料 /分散染料。经试验发现 ,工艺流程用时减少 ;染料用量降低 40 % ,降低了成本 ;染品色牢度好 ;色光缸差较小 ;易修色且有利于环保 。
Remazol/disperse dyes were used to dye T/R fabrics instead of vat/disperse dyes on overflow jet dyeing machine. This new method has advantages as shortening the cycle;cutting the cost (about 40% amount of dyestuffs);reducing batch variation and color difference between bench scale and pilot scale;convenient color repair as well as environmental friendly technique. The dyed textiles showed excellent color fastness.
