摘要
近年来,大庆油田35 kV系统额定电流为0.5 A的电压互感器(potential transformer,PT)高压熔断器频繁异常熔断,严重影响了系统的安全可靠运行。为解决该问题,首先对PT高压熔断器熔断故障进行了统计分析;其次,利用EMTP程序和试验手段,从系统暂态特性和PT高压熔断器熔断特性2方面分析了熔断器异常熔断原因。研究结果表明熔断器异常熔断是一个综合性问题,是系统暂态特性和PT高压熔断器熔断特性共同影响导致的;基于此,提出了将PT高压熔断器额定电流由0.5 A提高至2 A的抑制措施,实际运行结果验证了所提抑制措施的可行有效性。
In recent years, frequent abnormal fusing occurred in high voltage fuses with rated current of 0.SA for potential transformers (PT) of Daqing oilfield distribution network seriously affect the secure and reliable operation Of the distribution system. In allusion to this defect, firstly the statistical analysis on the fusing failure of HV fuse for PT is performed; secondly by means of EMTP-based simulation and experiments the reasons causing abnormal fusing of HV fuse are analyzed in both aspects of system transient characteristics and fusing characteristics of HV fuse. Analysis results show that the abnormal fusing of HV fuse is a comprehensive problem, caused by combined impacts of system transient characteristics and fusing characteristics of HV fuse for PT. On this basis, a countermeasure is proposed, that is, the rated current of 0.SA of HV fuse for PT is upgraded to 2A. the effectiveness of the proposed countermeasure is verified by operating results of pilot substation.
