摘要
用乙二醛型抗皱整理剂VircopermafinishL -469树脂对真丝织物进行整理。整理后的真丝织物抗皱性能较明显地提高 ,并有较好的耐洗性 ,织物的手感和机械性能未有明显劣化 ,润湿性能变化也不大 ,但透气性有所下降。通过正交试验以及不同整理方式、不同轧余率的对比试验 ,确定了合理的整理工艺:轧堆法整理 ,较高的L -469浓度 ,控制较高的轧余率 ,焙烘条件为150℃×3min。
Natural silk fabric was treated with glyoxal based wrinkle resistant agent virco permafinish L-469 resin. The treated silk fabric showed that its wrinkle resistance was improved significantly and it became more durable to laundering. No remarkable decrease had been found in handle and mechanical properties of the treated silk fabric with little change in wettability but certain decline in permeability. Through orthogonal test and compara tive experiments with different finishing methods and different pick-up, reasonable finishing process was estab lished: pad-batch technique with higher concentration of L-469 and higher pick-up, curing at 150℃×3min.
