H5N1流感病毒NS1蛋白D92E变异趋势的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析H5N1流感病毒NS1蛋白D92E的变异趋势,为研究禽流感病毒的致病性及其逃避宿主免疫应答提供科学依据。方法利用美国国立生物技术信息中心(NCBI)的流感数据库,搜索2000年以前以及2000年以后世界各地流行的A/human/H5N1、A/avian/H5N1、A/swine/H5N1流感病毒的相关信息,然后进行NS1蛋白序列比对,分析其变异趋势。结果 2000年以前H5N1流感病毒NS1蛋白第92位大部分是谷氨酸,而2000年以后H5N1流感病毒的NS1蛋白第92位大部分是天冬氨酸。结论 H5N1流感病毒的NS1蛋白第92位天冬氨酸的存在有可能增强了病毒的抵抗力和毒力。 Objective To analyze the variation of H5N1 influenza virus NS1 protein and provide basis for the study of pathogenicity of avian influenza virus.Methods Using the NCBI influenza database,search A/human/H5N1,A/avian/H5N1,A/swine/H5N1 influenza virus strain sequences recruited before and after year 2000 and analyze the trend of variation.Results Glutamate at the amino acid site 92 of the NS1 protein was found in a large number of H5N1 influenza virus strains recruited in the database before year 2000;it changed to aspartic acid in most of H5N1 influenza virus after year 2000.Conclusions The trend of change from glutamate to aspartate at amino acid site 92 of the NS1 protein may relate to the enhanced resistance and virulence of the H5N1 influenza virus.
