摘要
本文介绍激光干涉式纤维细度测试仪的原理和方法。列出用激光干涉法和显微镜法对Ｉ－ＷＴＯ．ＳＴＡＮＤＬＯＴＳ试样的实测结果，及数据分析说明用干涉法测量纤维细度的优点与可行性。
This paper introduced the principle and method of laser interference fibre count tester. The measured results on IWTO STANDLOST sample by the tester and microscope were respectively listed. By analyzing and discussing the measured data,the advantages and practicability of indicating fibre count by laser interferometry were demonstrated.
