摘要
本文对１３ｔｅｘＴ６５／Ｃ３５经纱选用１５种浆液配方，在测试浆液和浆纱性能的１１项质量指标的基础上，运用浓缩映射法和功能评价值法对试验数据进行处理，对浆纱成本进行分析，综合分析优选出最佳的浆液配方，以便进一步提高浆纱质量，减少环境污染，降低浆纱成本。
In this paper,fifteen size prescriptions for 13tex T65/C35 warp are designed,and on the basis of the test on eleven quality indexes of the size and sizing,the method of concentrated shine and the functional appraisal value is used to process the experiment data,and the sizing costs are counted. By the comprehensive study,the optitum size prescription is used to improve the sizing quality,to lower the environment pollution and to reduce the sizing costs.
