摘要
旨在探索制药工程专业"就业为导向"的实践教学模式的构建方法。针对生产实习、毕业实习和毕业设计论文环节,从校外实习基地和实习师资队伍建设,多样化实习模式和就业导向的毕业设计论文教学模式的构建,实践环节质量保障体系的建设几方面入手,探讨培养满足社会需求的制药工程应用型高级技术人才的有效途径和方法。
Aimed to investigate the construction method of the employment-oriented practice teaching model for pharmacy engineering specialty,the practice teaching phases such as the production practice,graduation practice and graduation design and thesis,the effective ways and methods to educate application-oriented high level technique pharmacy engineering talents were investigated through the construction of out of campus practice bases,the team of the practice teachers,the diversified practice mode,the employment-oriented graduation design and thesis mode and the quality guarantee system.
