摘要
目的:探讨邻间钩治疗修复活动义齿中的临床应用。方法:我们将5年制作的可摘义齿随机抽出160例分别分为两组,其中常规制作为80例,用邻间钩制作为80例。结果:两组的固位力情况良好,邻间钩组在卡环折断率方面优于常规组,邻间钩的应用可大大减小基托在口腔中所占的面积。结论:邻间钩活动义齿修复者既满足了患者美观、舒适、坚固的要求。又制作简单,价格适中,值得推广应用。
Objective：To study the clinical application on embrasure hook in repairing the removable denture.Methods：We will be removable denture five-year out of 160 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with the normal production for 80 cases,with adjacent production for 80 patients between the hook.Results：Two groups of retention of the force in good condition,embrasure hook group in the loop broken rate is better than conventional group,between the application of embrasure hook can greatly reduce the underpinning in mouth accounts for thearea.Conclusion：The repair of removable denture by embrasure denture satisfy the patient＇s demand,and it is worth to widespread use.
