摘要
组织内部的知识主体主要包括个体、团队与组织,组织内部知识整合主要发生在相同层级或不同层级的知识主体之间。依据知识整合发生的主体,将组织内部知识整合划分为5个层级并分别进行了详细的阐述,探讨了不同层级知识整合的相互关系,同时为组织更好地选择知识整合路径提供有益参考。
The knowledge agents in orgnization include individual,team and orgnization.The knowledge in tegration in orgnization mainly occured among the agents of the same hierarchy or the different hierarchy.It divided the knowledge integration in orgnization into five hierarchy based on the agents the knowledge integration occurred and gave the detailed states respectively,discussed the correlations among different level of knowledge integration.The five level of knowledge integration provided the beneficial reference to the orgnization to select the knolwedge integration road better.
