摘要
现代化是当今社会发展的必然趋势,新疆现代化是实现新型工业化、农业现代化和新型城镇化的过程。新疆各民族在现代化进程中,面临着传统型社会向现代型社会转型的机遇与挑战。因此,必须借助国家西部开发、对口援疆的历史机遇,在现代文化引领和保持本民族文化特色的基础上,实现本民族文化的现代转型与发展。如果没有现代文化引领,就没有新疆的现代化。
Modernization is the necessary tendency in today＇s social development. Xinjiang＇s moderniza- tion is to realize new-type industrialization, agricultural modernization and new-type urbanization. In the process of modernization, people in Xinjiang are faced with the opportunities and challenges produced by the transition from the traditional society to a modernized society. Therefore, the realization of the transition must be contingent upon the historical opportunities of the National Great Western Development and the Counterpart Aid Program, be led by modern culture and retain the special cultural features of local people. Without the leading of modern culture, Xinjiang will not realize its modernization.
