摘要
以HPLC测定不同分子量的标准PEG样品和胆甾醇聚氧乙烯醚(下称cholesterol—(EO)n)的保留值,根据标准PEG聚合度和样品的(EO)n平均加成数(由NMR提供)拟比较样品分子量的粗范围;由HPLC对样品提供的各峰值的面积百分数来设定它的平均加成数方程,并用GFC曲线对应点求解出各峰值加成数。再以此点为对称轴按Poisson分布计算出各峰值的分子量分布范围。
