肥厚型梗阻性心肌病化学消融术的护理 被引量：2

摘要 目的探索肥厚型梗阻性心肌病(HOCM)化学消融术的治疗效果及护理方法。方法对2011年3例行化学消融术治疗的肥厚型梗阻性心肌病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结手术前后的护理体会。结果 3例HOCM患者手术治疗全部获得成功,平均住院时间11.5 d,术后无护理并发症发生,随访6-12个月症状明显减轻。结论加强手术前、中、后的观察和护理,不断提高护理质量,可以减少手术及护理并发症的发生,促进患者康复。
