摘要
通过对变频异步电动机绝缘结构的组成、材料的要求等进行分析,阐述了绕组线间或绕组线对地间可能发生的电击穿火花,但绝缘本身并未击穿,为局部放电(PD)等现象。在电磁线、浸渍树脂、槽绝缘、相间绝缘与层间绝缘、槽楔、引线方向应用H级绝缘材料,使变频电机的绝缘有耐冲击电压性能、耐局部放电性能和耐热、耐老化性能,从而提高了变频电机的可靠性,保障电机的稳定运行。
Based on analysis of composition and material requirement of insulation system of variable-frequency induction motor, this paper puts forward that the electric breakdown spark may be produced between windings or between winding and ground, but the insulation itself is not punctured. It is just a phenomena such as partial discharge. If class H insulation material is ap- plied to magnetic wire, impregnating resin, slot insulation, interphase insulation, interlayer insu- lation, slot wedge and lead wire of variable-frequency motor, the impulse voltage, partial dis- charge, heat and ageing resistant performances of insulation system can be improved, thereby the reliability and stable operation can be guaranteed.
