摘要
医学长学制教育改革为培养综合素质高、临床能力强、职业素养好的医学人才提供了新的要求,本文根据作者对临床医学七年制、八年制医学生耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学临床实践阶段的教学思考实践,提出了4S的教学策略并应用于教学过程,取得了较满意的效果,并就其具体内容进行了阐述。
Medical education construction and exploration for long-length program can develop more medical talents with higher comprehensive qualities, better clinical practices, occupattonat cnaractei tics with more professional demands. This paper summarized the authors experiences and reform on clinical medical education in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery for long-length program students, the 4S teaching methods had applied in the authors teaching practice with rather satisfactory effects with the authors' detailed presentation.
