摘要
癫痫与心因性非癫痫发作(PNES)是发作性疾病的重要组成部分,诊断主要依靠发作症状及同步脑电图特征,临床上误诊率高。相关研究从症状学角度揭示了两者在发作前期、发作期和发作后期的差异,为更好地区分癫痫发作及PNES提供了可靠的依据。现就此类研究所发现的发作性疾病症状差异,主要是癫痫与PNES的差异予以综述,以揭示症状学潜在的研究价值。
Epilepsy and psychogenic non-epileptic seizures（PNES）constitute a substantial portion of seizure disorders.Distinction between the two mainly depends on onset symptoms and simultaneous EEG characteristics.Currently,the studies from symptomatological perspective show some inherent differences between the two groups before,during and after the onset,with these reliable evidences we could better distinguish the epileptic seizures and PNES.Here is to make a review on these information,presenting the potential research value of symptomatology.
