摘要
以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMEG)、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(H12MDI),聚碳酸酯二醇2000(PCD2000),2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料制备出综合性能优异的织物涂饰用水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了-NCO/-OH比值、聚醚和聚酯的含量和亲水扩链剂的用量对涂膜的断裂伸长率、拉伸强度、初粘性等性能的影响。
An aqueous polyurethane finishing agents for fabric was synthesized with PTMEG, H12MDI, PCD2000 and DMPA as main raw materials. The influences of the ratio of -NCO/-OH,PTMEG/PCD2000, and different dosages of DMPA on the elongation at break, ensile strength and initial tack of the coating were discussed in this paper.
