摘要
在圆形料场这样的半封闭空间内,堆取料机电控系统的整体防爆是一个新的课题。针对圆形料场环境的具体情况和堆取料机电控系统的具体特点,介绍了堆取料机电控系统防爆的具体措施,分析了在堆取料机上采用正压式电气房的必要性,结合实际工程项目阐述了正压电气房的设计思路和运行中需要注意的问题。
In the rounded stock yard,the semi-closed space,the integrally explosion preventing for the electric control system of stacker-reclaimer is a new topic.Aiming at the concrete situation of the rounded stock yard environment and the concrete features of the electric control system of the stacker-reclaimer,the concrete explosion preventing measures for the stacker-reclaimer electric control system were introduced.The necessity to adopt the pressurized electric room for the stacker-reclaimer was analyzed.Combining with practical project,the design idea of the pressurized electric room and the problems needing attention in the pressurized electric room operation were expounded.
