摘要
介绍了汽轮机高温螺栓的主要作用应力及其计算方法,对某典型螺栓采用了SolidWorks软件建立三维有限元模型,导入了ANSYSWorkbench进行有限元应力分析,得到螺栓整体与局部Von-Mises等效应力分布。从应力角度初步分析了螺栓失效的原因并对螺栓弯曲应力、紧固工艺产生的寿命损耗进行了分析,其结果对螺栓金属监督工作具有重要的意义。
The main working stress of the high-temperature turbine bolts and its calculation method were introduced.For a typical bolt,using the software SolidWorks,a tridimensional finite element model was established;the ANSYS Workbanch was imported to carry out the finite element stress analysis;the whole and local Von-Mises equivalent stress distribution of the bolt was obtained.Some reasons leading to the failure of the bolt were analyzed preliminarily from the view point of stress.The life loss of the bolt caused by the bending stress and the fastening technology was analyzed.The results of this paper are of important significance for bolt metal supervision.
