摘要
改革开放是一次新的伟大革命,是我党的关键选择,是中国走向复兴的必由之路。现阶段我国的改革进入了攻坚时期,在改革过程中仍存在诸多矛盾,主要体现在价值和制度、"放"和"控"、权力和权利之间的矛盾,成为制约我国改革进一步深化的内在障碍。只有正确处理好这些矛盾,我国改革才能走出困境,才能进一步推进、深化。面对困境,我国改革的难点在政治体制改革,关键在于建立健全相关制度和法律,突破点在于打破权力和利益勾结的格局,建立合理的权力制衡机制。
Reform and opening is a new great revolution, is the key choice, is to revive the route one must take of china. However, the present stage of our country reform has entered a crucial period. In the course of reform, there are many contra- dictions, mainly reflected in the value and system, ＂put＂ and ＂control＂, the contradiction between power and right. These con- tradictions become the internal obstacles to restrict our country to further deepen the reform. Only correctly deal with these contradictions, China＇s reform is to walk out of predicament, in order to advance further, deepen. Facing dilemma, the difficul- ty of reform of our country is the political system reform;the key is to establish and improve the related regulations and laws; the breakthrough point lies in breaking the power and interest in collusion with the pattern, to establish a rational mechanism of balance of power.
