摘要
以高校在校学生为研究对象,选取山东省三所高校做抽样调查,研究在校大学生个性特征和高校创业环境对大学生创业意向的影响。研究发现大学生的性别、专业、是否来自创业者家庭、个人成就需要、风险倾向对其创业意向有显著影响;创业课程和创业实践对大学生创业意向也有显著影响;而学历、内控倾向和创业竞赛则不会对大学生创业意向有显著的影响。该研究结论对高校创业教育的研究和实践有一定的启示。
The paper undertakes a questionnaire survey with students in three universities in Shandong province to study the relationship between personal traits, university entrepreneurial environment and students＇ entrepreneurial intention. The study concludes that students＇gender, specialty, family background, achievement motivation, risk profile, participation in entrepreneurial courses and involvement in entrepreneurial practices have significant impact on their entrepreneurial intention. Students＇ academic degree, internal locus of control and participation in entrepreneurial contests are not significantly related with their entrepreneurial intention.
