摘要
"创业导向、高管团队胜任特征与企业绩效"是理论与实践中共同关注的重要问题。本文对该领域的现有文献进行了全面梳理,指出了目前研究的四点不足。在此基础上,构建了一个系统的研究框架,该框架对研究目标、研究内容、研究方法与思路做出了全面的回答。
Research on entrepreneurial orientation, competency of top management team and corporate performance is focused in both theory and practice. Literatures in this field were reviewed and research shortages in four aspects were pointed out. On the basis, a systemic research frame was constructed, in which research objective, content, method and step were put forward.
