摘要
根据朝阳市发展现状,发现还存在产业结构、环境基础设施建设、节能减排意识等问题。为了做好节能减排工作,建议加快产业结构调整步伐,强化环境治理工程,建立长效机制,严格执行有利于节能减排的财税政策,增强全社会节能减排意识。
According to the status of ChaoYang City,at the present stage,there are some problems in ChaoYang City,for example ： further adjustment of industrial structure、acceleration of environmental infrastructure construction、enhancement of the awareness of energy-saving and emission-reduction.In order to do a good job of energy-saving and emission-reduction,the research suggestions to accelerate the pace of the adjustment of industrial structure,strengthen the project of environmental governance,establish the long-term mechanism,execute strictly the fiscal and tax policies that conducive to energy-saving and emission-reduction,enhance the whole society＇s awareness of energy-saving and emission-reduction.
