摘要
薪酬管理是星级酒店人力资源管理的核心内容,薪酬福利待遇是吸引和保留酒店管理人才的有效手段。构建酒店薪酬激励长效机制,要建立有效的绩效评估体系,量化考核指标宣传激励价值;要引入经营风险因素,与长期绩效挂钩;对薪酬体系实行监控评审制度,避免激励效能的递减作用。
The salary management is the core content of human resources management in starred hotel and the salary welfare treatment is the effective means to attract and retain hotel management talents.Constructing the salary incentive mechanism in hotels is to establish an effective performance evaluation system,quantize evaluation index for advertising the incentive value,and introduce factors in business risk linking up with the long-term performance,monitor the evaluation system in salary system so as to avoid the decreasing function of incentive efficiency.
