摘要
技术与市场的不确定性影响到技术价值的评估。本文在分析收益现值法及其局限的基础上,重点论述了实物期权定价法的分析逻辑,提出了技术评估分析三步骤分析框架:不确定性分析与期权识别,期权定价方法与模型选择和数据收集、计算与检验,并指出了国内技术价值评估时存在的问题及解决建议。
The uncertainty from the technology and market affect the evaluation of technology.Based on the analysis of the limitation of the NPV,the paper discussed the logic of the real option rights pricing and proposed a three-steps method of the technology valuation： to identify the uncertainty and option rights,the selection of the method of the option rights pricing and the model to collect,calculate and test data.The paper pointed out the matter and the settling ways to the matter when to evaluate the technology value.
